We’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order.
A few things to note:
- Full priced items can be returned for refund, exchange or store credit.

Sale items can be exchanged or returned for store credit—refunds aren’t available.

Items marked 70% off or more are final sale.
All items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. We may return items to you if they don’t meet these requirements.
Received something faulty?
In the rare occasion you receive a faulty or damaged item, let us know within 10 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement or repair. If we can’t replace the item, you can choose something else, a store credit, or a refund.
Shipping Info
Original shipping costs aren’t refundable, and return postage is at your expense. But don’t worry—we’ll cover the cost of sending any exchange back to you.
How to make a return
Email us at info@polclothing.com.au with your Sales Order number, order date, and whether you’d like a return or exchange. Let us know which item(s) you're sending back, and we’ll reply with a Returns Authorisation (RA) number, form, and return address.
Please don’t send anything back before contacting us, as this may delay processing.
Include your RA form with your return and post it to the address provided. We recommend using Australia Post with tracking.
Once we receive your return, it will go through a quick quality check—please allow up to 5 business days. We’ll then email you with the outcome and process your exchange, store credit, or refund (excluding original shipping).
For refunds, please allow up to 3 business days after processing for funds to appear in your account.
