We usually ship all orders within 1 business day. Around public holidays, please allow an extra day for shipping and email replies.

You can now pick up your order Monday to Friday, 9:30am–5pm.
Select In Store Pickup at checkout and we’ll email you when it’s ready.

Shipping within Australia

All orders are sent from Sydney via Australia Post.

Orders under $190: $10 flat rate (Regular Post)
Orders $190+: Free Regular Post
Express Post: $15 flat rate (select at checkout)

We recommend using a PO Box, Parcel Collect, or an attended address, as lost/stolen parcels aren't insured. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Shipping

New Zealand

Standard Post: $15
Express Post: $20
DHL Express: $35 (best for time-sensitive orders)
Tracking is available via NZ Post once your parcel clears customs.

All other countries

Shipped via DHL or International Post depending on your location and selection.
Flat rate: $35
PO Boxes outside Australia & NZ are not eligible for delivery.

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Delivery times vary by country, usually 1–4 weeks. Please reach out only if your order hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks.
