Order Processing & Studio Pickup


We usually ship all orders within 1 business day. Around public holidays, please allow an extra day for shipping and email replies.

Holiday Closures 2025-2026:

  • Tuesday 23 December – Monday 5 January 2026 - During this period, orders will be shipped on Monday December 29th and Friday January 2nd only. In-store pick up will not be available during this time. 

Studio Pickup – Alexandria

You can now pick up your order Monday to Friday, 9:30am–4.30pm.
Select In Store Pickup at checkout and we’ll email you when it’s ready for collection.

Order cut offs for Pre-Christmas delivery

Please see Australia Post recommended dates for metro locations*:

  • Parcel Post: Friday 19th December for same state deliveries and Wednesday 17th December for interstate deliveries**
  • Express Post: Monday 22nd December

* Excludes items sent to Perth, Darwin and Hobart. To be delivered by Christmas, items sent to or from these locations with Parcel Post and Express Post need to be lodged by 12 December and 22 December, respectively.

Shipping within Australia

All orders are sent from Sydney via Australia Post.

  • Orders under $190: $10 flat rate (Regular Post)

  • Orders $190+: Free Regular Post

  • Express Post: $15 flat rate (select at checkout)

We recommend using a PO Box, Parcel Collect, or an attended address, as lost/stolen parcels aren't insured. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Shipping

New Zealand

  • Standard Post: $15

  • Express Post: $20

  • DHL Express: $35 (best for time-sensitive orders)
    Tracking is available via NZ Post once your parcel clears customs.

All other countries

  • Shipped via DHL or International Post depending on your location and selection.

  • Flat rate: $35

  • PO Boxes outside Australia & NZ are not eligible for delivery.

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
Delivery times vary by country, usually 1–4 weeks. Please reach out only if your order hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks.

Customs & Fees:
Any import duties or local delivery fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
