Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Full priced orders are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

Items purchased on sale of up to 69% off are eligible for store credit or exchange.

Items reduced by 70% or more are finals sale and not eligible for return.

All returns must be lodged with us by emailing info@polclothing.com.au within 10 business days of receipt.

If you are after a particular piece, please let us know the style, colour and size you are after and we can send through a list of stockists who ordered that exact piece.

Yes, we don! You can select Pickup at the checkout to collect your order from our Alexandria Studio, from 9.30am-5pm Monday-Friday. You will receive confirmation with instructions once your order is packed and ready.

Models wear AU size 8 in wovens and a size Small in knitwear (unless noted otherwise in the product descriptions).

Gift cards are emailed to the recipient within 24 hours and are valid for 36 months (online only, in AUD). One voucher per transaction. Enter the unique code at checkout to redeem.
