What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, ShopPay, ApplePay and Afterpay.

What is Afterpay?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Shipping starts from $15 to New Zealand and $35 elsewhere.

Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account gives you faster checkout, early access to new styles and sales, and 10% off your first order.

What’s your returns policy?
We accept returns on full-priced items and offer exchanges or store credit on sale items within 10 days of delivery. See our returns policy here.

What size does the model wear?
Models wear AU size 8 in wovens and a size Small in knitwear (unless noted otherwise in the product descriptions).

How do gift cards work?
Gift cards are emailed to the recipient within 24 hours and are valid for 12 months (online only, in AUD). One voucher per transaction. Enter the unique code at checkout to redeem.

I haven’t heard back from customer service.
Our hours are 9:30am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday. We’ll reply on the next business day if you’ve contacted us outside those hours.

Will sold out items be restocked?
Email info@polclothing.com.au with the item details and we’ll let you know if it’s coming back, or help you find a stockist.
